And now for the boring T&C’s – Free initial consultations are available within our area (we are based close to Nottingham and cover most of the East Midlands) and are subject to a projected minimum spend. For locations out of this area and smaller services, we can offer consultations via phone or Skype. Claire and Laurent asked us to plan a garden party for them in the grounds of their family home. The occassion: To celebrate their forthcoming wedding overseas.

With about 8 weeks notice, Team Purrfect Parties pulled together a brilliant team to cover all aspects of their event including catering, drinks and lighting.

DSC_0506.JPGTeam Purrfect Parties installed festoon lighting around the front garden along with blue & white paper lanterns and pom poms matching Claire’s favourite colours.  There were also large moroccan lanterns to provide further ambient lighting and more lanterns placed on shepherds crooks around the garden.

A champagne entrance awaited their guests along with a bespoke BBQ menu designed by the Limes Farm team to match the couples requirements.

The stretch tent was a perfect fit for the garden and played host to the bar area serving cocktails and drinks all afternoon and into the night.

As the event moved into the late summer evening, the festoon lighting really came into action. The Purrfect Parties team had also installed small LED lights into the large blue lanterns resulting in large lit blue balls bouncing around the garden.
